Abstract

The Effect Of Burnout On Emotional Intelligence, Self-Efficacy, And Co-Assistant Performance In dr. Soebandi Hospital Jember.The purpose of the studi was to examine and explain (1) the effect of burnout on co-assistant performance; (2) the effect of burnout on emotional intelligence; (3) the effect of burnout on self-efficacy; (4) the effect of emotional intelligence on co-assistant performance; and (5) the effect of selfefficacy on co-assistant performance.The sampel of this study consisted of 94 coassistant in dr. Soebandi Hospital Jember. Sample was chosen based on porpusive random sampling technique. Questionnaire was the main instrument to collect data. Data was analyzed using descriptive analyses employing Partial Least Square (PLS).The findings in this study is (1) burnout has a significant and negative effect coassistant performance; (2) burnout has a significant and positive effect on emotional intelligence; (3) burnout has a non-significant and positive effect on self-efficacy; (4) emotional intelligence has a significant and positive effect on co-assistant performance; and (5) self-efficacy has a significant and positive effect on co-assistant performance.

Abstract

Strike wich happened in some companies usualy caused by unsatisfied condition for employee. The strike may inflicts a loss upon the company because it may disturb lead to un achieve of some company goals. Increasing work satisfaction is affected by financial or physical satisfaction (hard approach) and psycological or social satisfaction (soft approach). It was revealed that hard and soft approach showed a significan negative effect on strike potential. It was also concluded that hard approach variable dominanly influenced on strike potential compared to soft approach. It was also concluded that the compoany have implemented the hard and soft approach to minimize the strike potential.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is a key to the success of the company. Customer satisfaction has a positive relationship with the company's value for shareholders. By providing satisfaction to the customers, companies can gain greater market share and increase its profits. Some of the critical success factors in creating satisfaction for its customers include brand image, customer value, and perceived quality. This research revealed a significant role of brand image, customer value, and perceived qualityto customer satisfaction of Smartfren data service in Sleman, Yogyakarta.

Abstract

Indonesia has the potential vulnerability enormous energy availability. From the supply side, Indonesia has not showed the synergy between the depletion of oil and gas on a large scale with the search for new sources of its reserves. Searching new reserves abroad also yet to show tangible results and not get full supported from the government. Meanwhile, shares of oil and gas is still a very big role in the national energy mix of Indonesia up to 25 years to come. The government also has not succeeded in converting the results of oil and gas into industrial assets. Prioritizing local-content policy produces only rents of business that would increase the cost of production and distribution of oil and gas to the people.

Abstract

Micro, small, and medium enterprises (SMEs) have an important role in the development of Indonesia's economy. They became a great power when Indonesia faced economic crisis. In addition to contributing to the national income, SMEs also have a role in providing jobs. In the face of the free market, SMEs must be able to keep up with increasing business productivity. This will happen if the quality of employee performance is good. Quality performance or achievements of good work is often influenced by several factors, could be influenced by his friend can also be influenced by his superiors. A boss usually has a leadership style that aims to influence the performance of subordinates in the hope of achieving organizational goals. In addition to leadership style, things that can affect performance is motivation. With the motivation, employees will be encouraged to work well, so they will show good performance quality performance as well. The objective of this study was to examine the effect of leadership style and motivation on employee performance in industrial SMEs in the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY). This study uses survey the population of all employees of the company are classified as micro, small, and medium in DIY. The sampling method used is sampling by convenience non-probability sampling. In this study, 100 samples were taken. Methods of data collection is done by using a questionnaire containing several questions with methods of data analysis using multiple regression.The results of this study is to accept the second hypothesis proposed in which leadership style has positive influence on employee performance in industrial SMEs in DIY. And, motivation positive influence on employee performance in industrial SMEs in DIY.

Abstract

Since 2006 the government of the Republic of Indonesia has awarded to cooperatives achievement. This study is a description of which is an analysis by taking a cooperative object "Primkoppol Resort Gunungkidul". The purpose of analysis is to determine whether the cooperative has met the criteria of cooperative achievement in 2012-2014 reviewed according to the Regulation of the Minister of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises in 2006 on Guidelines for Assessment of Cooperative Achievement/Cooperative Award. The analysis shows that "Primkoppol Resort Gunungkidul" cooperative in the period 2012-2014 includes performance categories good / fairly good because of the four aspects assessed scored 70.5 in 2012 and 69 respectively for 2013 and 2014. However, since there are still some elements of sub aspects are worth 0 (return on equity, net profit margin, curent ratio, accounts receivable turnover and employment) it can not be categorized based on the achievement of cooperative Ministerial Regulation No.06/Per/M.KUKM/V/2006, dated May 1, 2006

Abstract

Women of childbearing age and pregnant women are susceptible to nutritional deficiencies of iron that can cause bleeding during childbirth. It is one of the causes of the high maternal mortality rate in Indonesia. The government, especially the Department of Health has a role in meeting the needs of the iron tablet, especially in the management of medicines. This study aims to estimate the amount of iron tablet needs for the period 2015, according to data distribution in 2013 and 2014; comparing needs iron tablet planned with the realization of the distribution in 2013 and 2014; as well as the correlations between the number of visits in the clinic by the number of prescriptions or the distribution of iron tablet needs. Quantitative research using the data distribution, transfer and planning proposals iron tablet, as well as the number of health center visits prescriptions. Data processing includes forecasting distributions based on the trend with seasonal index, forecasting needs with the method of consumption, and correlation test. The tools used are Microsoft Excel Data Analysis menu. The results of the estimated distribution in 2015 to 18 health centers with a buffer stock of 20% is 487 607 tablets that can be met from the stock early in 2015. The proportion of the distribution of the iron tablet planning for 18 health centers in 2013 was 57.48%, and in 2014 amounted to 53, 28% are caused not all pregnant women check-up and receive iron tablet in the clinic. Correlation coefficient values <0.4 indicate a weak correlation between the amount of iron tablet needs with the number of visits recipes
